Seeking our Tenth Rector
Trinity Memorial's ninth rector retired in April 2007. The Rev. Paul C. Donecker has been our interim rector since May 2007.
A Discernment & Search Team was nominated and approved by Vestry in February 2009. They began the task of discerning and searching for Trinity's tenth rector. The Team presented a unanimous recommendation at the May 10, 2010 Vestry meeting for a candidate to be called. That priest verbally accepted the call a week later. The Wardens and Vestry of Trinity Memorial Church were not able to reach agreement with the rector-elect on the terms of the call. In a special meeting held on Sunday, June 20, 2010, the Vestry of Trinity Memorial Church, Binghamton, voted unanimously to withdraw the call.
